  • Refunds are not applicable once the product is dispatched.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances after shipment.

  • Only replacement is allowed in valid cases, as described below.

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning properly, please follow the steps below:

  • Record a clear, uncut, and untampered unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

  • Email the video along with your order details to

  • Our technical team will review the video and assess the issue.

  • Replacement approval is solely based on our internal inspection and assessment.

โœ” If approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup of the damaged product from your location.

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost after receiving and validating the returned item.

โš  Important:
No replacement claim will be entertained without a valid first-time unboxing video.


2. Different Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Share the uncut unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at

After verification:

  • We will arrange pickup of the incorrect product.

  • The correct product will be resent at no extra cost after return validation.

  • Claims without a valid, clear, and untampered unboxing video will be rejected.

  • The video must show the entire unboxing process clearly.

  • Approval or rejection of any claim is at the sole discretion of Punit Instrument.


Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, packing and dispatch begin immediately.

  • Therefore, order cancellation or modification is not possible after confirmation.

  • We accept prepaid orders only, as products are shipped immediately after payment.
