Record a clear, uncut, and untampered unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

Replacement approval is solely based on our internal inspection and assessment.

We will arrange a pickup of the damaged product from your location.

A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost after receiving and validating the returned item.

No replacement claim will be entertained without a valid first-time unboxing video.
2. Different Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

Share the uncut unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, packing and dispatch begin immediately.

Therefore, order cancellation or modification is not possible after confirmation.
