Functioning

1. Signal Collection: Each load cell generates an electrical signal proportional to the weight it supports. These signals are routed to the junction box.
2. Summation and Adjustment: Inside the box, signals are summed, and trimmer potentiometers can fine-tune the outputs for balance.
3. Transmission: The combined and balanced signal is sent to the weighbridge indicator for processing and display.

Types

1. Analog Junction Box: Used with analog load cells, requiring manual adjustment of potentiometers for calibration.
2. Digital Junction Box: Used with digital load cells, offering advanced features like automatic calibration, diagnostics, and remote monitoring.
